Everything you need in a hotel in Manhattan, location was perfect for 1st time in New York right next to Empire State building. Big comfy bed, bathroom with fresh towels every day, iron and hairdryer. Room cleaned each day. Breakfast was really good and fresh, different hot and cold foods, cereal, bread, bagels, butter, jam etc, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and fruit juices, restaurant was busy but always a table available. Fresh filtered water available in reception. All the staff in the hotel were lovely. Lift was a bit temperamental but was not an issue for us. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant hotel, great location near the Empire State Building, walking distance to Times Square and other tourist spots. Both the subway station and the Macys department store were really close. The terrace on the 26th floor of the hotel offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and the Empire State Building. We also had such a view from our room, which was especially beautiful in the evening. Breakfast was good, you could also choose food before trips around New York - toast, sausages, waffles, yogurt, fruit. Friendly staff, rooms were very well cleaned every day. The advantage was the possibility of sitting in the common areas near the reception, where there was free tea and apples for hotel guests all day.

The staff was nice. The hotel is open late, and there is a possibility to let the bags at the reception. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable.

Location is great, takes about 5-10 mins to walk to the Empire State and MSQ stadium - and takes about 30-35 mins to walk to Central Park - subway station is pretty close as well

Staff were friendly and approachable. A group of 5 ladies shared a room. It was tight but as long is your organisation is good it’s do-able. Room on 14th floor was spotless with a great view of empire building. We used the outdoor roof top terrace several times. Breakfast was good with a selection for all ( I felt this really helped with our trip) we stocked up at breakfast then only ate late dinner, saving us time and money. Location is great for subway and other attractions.
