I stayed in King room with a sofa on the 5th floor for seven days. 1) The room and ambiance were peaceful and clean 2) The staffs were friendly 3) The hotel has a policy of not cleaning the room every day; however, on my request, they changed it to every day. This demonstrates their flexibility 4) No issue with the internet 5) Free room delivery option of food from the restaurant adjacent to the hotel6) The staffs were responsive; the table lamp was not working on check-in, and they took prompt action upon reporting
