Spotless, friendly, perfect peaceful haven after a hectic few days and the staff went above and beyond. Perfectly situated for exploring the area.. we would happily recommend here to anyone consider spending some days getting to know the area

Large room with balcony. Great location just a couple of minutes from main street. All staff very friendly especially Cliff who checked us in and gave us a few pointers. Continental breakfast was ok, albeit largely carb based .

This is out third time staying in this great place on our holiday from the UK. It s location is perfect to see the Cape, close to the ferries for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and bang in the middle of the coast allowing you to access all the pretty towns effortlessly. Beds are unreal, so comfy, sparkling clean and spacious. Breakfast is continental and ample. The chaps on the desk are all first class hosts and extremely knowledgeable about Cape Cod, nothing is too much trouble. Another fantastic stay, loved it. Thanks for having us!

Staff very cute and gently, parking free and perfect position to go by walk at the docks where you can take the boats for Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, room big and clean. Breakfast a little bit small but good. Very good quality price/ratio

Clean, comfortable room with excellent breakfast around the indoor swimming pool. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good location close to many eating places and Hyannis port.
