Guest houses Overview

Set in a renovated farmhouse in the southern town of Fljótshlíd, this guest house offers views of the Eyjafjallajökull and Mýrdalsjökull glaciers. Free WiFi, and a furnished terrace with a BBQ are also available.
Individual modern décor and furnishings are provided in each of Fagrahlíd Guesthouse's rooms and apartments.
Guesthouse Fagrahlíd's daily breakfast buffet includes organic produce and homemade bread and cakes. During summer, a soup supper can be arranged on advanced request. Bicycle storage and a drying room are also available on site.
The ferry terminal to the Westman Islands is 25 km away, while the town of Hvolsvöllur is 7 km from the guest house. Staff can arrange area activities such as nature walks, cycling tours and mountain hiking trips on Trihyrningur.

Very nice property for good money. Place was clean, warm even in a bad weather. Well equipped with all amenities you need for a stay. The lady, probably the owner, was very nice and kind upon our arrival and she showed us everything. Definitely recommend this place.

the apartment was roomy and well equipped and nice and clean . The beds were comfortable and the lady gave us more bedding when we asked for it . it was warm too .

We booked one double bed appartment. It was clean and spacious and included both sleeping and sitting area. The kitchen was fully equipped, so there was a chance to prepare meals. Close to the ring road no. 1 and many other attractions. The owner was polite and super helpful.
