Staff were wonderful,starting with reception especially Rozen,. so so helpful sorted our accomodation issues with minimum of fuss.Mansour our housekeeper tended to our every needs and kept our bungalow immaculately clean.passed by every day to check on us.In general all the staff were very friendly ,helpful and interested in our well being.Most impressive aspect of the Regina bearing in mind it has some 200 odd units was its owner,he was always present to interact with his customers and very approachable .l spoke to him on several occasions.As with most all inclusive holidays the inevitable issue of food raised it's ugly head yes there was room for improvement however the owner never shirked his responsibilities in facing complaints from customers.Well done you sir and all of your lovely staff.Lastly thank you to the bar staff who worked their butts of to keep our glasses full.

The hotel is in the perfect location, easy walking distance to the marina and shops and right on the beach. I cannot fault the hotel staff. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating, very friendly and professional. Good communication and management always around to keep things running smoothly. The entertainment for young and old were also very good. The "animation team" made sure there are plenty of entertainment during the day such as yoga, Zuma, Volleyball, table tennis and ball games and in the evening a variety of entertainment for adults and kids to participate or watch. There is a daily cleaning service in the room with fresh towels and water and our cleaner was excellent, respectful of sleeping times and friendly.

The facilities is great resort, the direct sea view is breath taking, the beach private for residents and is clean and enjoyable and comfortable to swim in, the waterslides and pools are great. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The resort is well maintained. The cruise trips are convenient in the resort shores, there's daily entertainment at the resort beach. Most of all, the food is exceptional 👌

Once we got into the swing of things we enjoyed our stay. Check in was busy and so took a bit of time waiting around even tho we arrived in the evening. Staff were all fantastic, friendly and welcoming we didn’t want to say good bye to them

From a recent trip to Hurghada with my wife, we were delighted with our stay in this beautiful resort. Everything was at the highest level - from food, service, cleanliness, to the ambiance. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of specialties that delighted us. Every meal was a real pleasure. We would especially like to highlight the service we received from Mohamed Abu Al-Hamd, who arranged our accommodation every day. His dedication and attention to detail made us feel at home. He was always smiling and ready to help, which further enriched our experience. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfectly decorated, which contributed to a relaxing and pleasant stay. All in all, this was one of our best vacations and we can't wait to go back! We recommend this resort to everyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Hurghada!

Located on sheraton road next to plenty shops and restaurants. Great bungalow rooms spacious and very comfortable beds. Cleaner was round every day, reception staff helpful.
