When we first checked in, they told us we’d been upgraded. Instead of a room next to the pool, we were given one on the second floor. Honestly, we would have preferred the poolside room. On top of that, the upgraded room had a leaking toilet flushing, so we had to change rooms immediately. Thankfully, the staff were very accommodating and resolved it without any issues. As for the internet, it’s practically nonexistent in the rooms and only works weakly near the pool and reception. Another downside is that there’s nowhere in the hotel to buy food or drinks—you have to go outside, which is inconvenient, especially considering they have such a large pool area. The pool itself was nice, but the rooms are quite outdated and could use a refresh. Still, for one night and the price we paid, it was okay.

It’s so friendly and the staff are amazing they make you feel so welcome it’s like going home as hey maybe you feel apart of a family there . Will be back it’s my 3rd time there x
