On initially booking I asked for someone specific rooms and they replied very quickly say they would do fulfil my request On arrival booking in was swift and efficient with the concierge taking the cases to the room we had requested - the room had everything we expected and more ❤️ and was regularly spotlessly cleaned. The beach was perfectly clean with waiters serving drinks to you - we never once had to get a drink ourselves and we weren’t interrupted constantly by anyone selling trips as I have experienced in other hotels. The restaurant on the beach had a wide range of lunchtime food and snacks - again perfect. The main pool is heated and was lovely and warm - with plenty of sun-beds and waiters supplying the drinks so you don’t have to move, snacks and bar meals are served in the afternoon too. The food in the main restaurant had a great range of food with special meat and fish cooked outside on the BBQ- again the service couldn’t be faulted. Also the a la carte restaurants were varied and perfect - we particularly liked “the grill” We never went to any of the shows but going by every other service I suspect that was excellent. The reception staff were all outstanding. We could not fault a thing here - we are already planning our next trip to Hurgada and will not stay any where else.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Hassan at the reception was extremely friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and he was profesional and closely followed our needs throughtout the accommodation . Taha, the Bellman, was very polite and attentive. Taha the House keeper, made sure our room was spotless every day with great care. Mohamed Omar, the manager of the Italian restaurant, provided excellent service and made our dining experience truly special. The Chinese and the grill resturants were very special. A big thank you to Ammar, Ahmed, and Islam for their excellent service at the restaurants – they were always smiling and making us feel at home. We also want to express our gratitude to Captain Mahmoud for the fantastic snorkeling experience. The aquapark at the hotel was exceptional. It was well-maintained, clean, and safe, with attentive staff ensuring a great experience for everyone. We are truly grateful to everyone who made our stay unforgettable, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality.

Everything is very good. A clean, comfortable, modern hotel. I have stayed in many five-star, seaside, all-inclusive hotels before, so I know these types of hotels very well. In these types of hotels, there are usually many options for food, but the food is not delicious. The food of this hotel, especially the a la carte restaurants, was generally delicious. The staff at the hotel, with some exceptions, are generally polite and helpful. Especially Maria, who works at the reception, is polite, helpful, an excellent staff member and a complete professional in her job.

Our family was thrilled !!! Hotel Worth every star, the staff was professional and at the same time very loving. I would especially like to commend Mr. Afif taxi Service, Valid our favorite waiter, Mohamed by the pool, Abdu Ali bagboy and Mr. Ahmad the Manager, who at first glance looks like a very positive and professional person. Everything was wonderful thank you for the warm welcoming and hospitality 1. Food was so delicious with so many options specially for dinner. 2. We really enjoyed the pool and aqua park. 3. Although being a huge resort but WIFI was covering every inch. 4. I loved the staff, reception, dinning, bartenders housekeeping, animation and lifeguards. I think you have almost the greatest lovely team I've ever dealt with in Hurghada
