The hotel is amazing, but what brings this place to a new level is the fabulous people working there. Always looking to find a solution to your issues. Last but not least, the food is tasty in the buffet but also in the restaurants (in an all inclusive, first time) ! A must if you are looking for a place without children. Extra : there is reefs for snorkling and the aquarius diving center is near and amazing. We will be back (very soon)

very good location to relax and enjoy the Red Sea, the relaxation area facing the sea is really comfortable. Mr Hanna's presence is really very pleasant, thanks to his attention, our stay went as well as possible

An incredibly opulent hotel, beautifully furnished with generous sized rooms. There are many bars with comfortable seating, some quiet and peaceful and others for those who enjoy louder music. There was no shortage of sun loungers and the staff around the whole hotel complex were all so kind, friendly and helpful. We were met by Hanna on arrival who helped us find our way around the hotel and the great variety of restaurants which do need to be booked. Hanna’s help was an invaluable introduction to the hotel and he was always very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional. It was a true five star quality hotel.

This property was everything. I loved every single thing. We had a butler, it was an all inclusive package. The resort is huge, Iv never seen anything like it before. Really loved and enjoyed my stay here. Hany made sure we were taken cared of.

Highly recommend this beautiful hotel! The location is excellent for the house reefs and to see a large variety of fish The staff were all super friendly and helpful in all locations. The Butler is an excellent communicator and organiser. The food at the Spanish and seafood restaurants were 10/10. For me the house wine quality needs improving. I had to stick to beer through my stay, although I would have liked to drink wine but it was just not drinkable for me unfortunately. The room was a good size, we were lucky enough to have a room with a panoramic view of the beech and around to the side which allowed us to have sunrise and sunset views from the comfort of the balcony! The Shisha garden was 10/10 and beautifully done. I attended every evening of my stay. The SPA is very relaxing. Note that the use of the facilities in the SPA are only accessible once a treatment is booked at an extra cost. The hotel in general is very clean and well maintained. I will return to this hotel. Very happy with my stay here.
