Great location, well maintained, lovely staff, superb food - half-board was good value for money. Mohammed managed our room and made sure we had everything we needed, and more. Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely visit again.

I had a really nice stay at The Chedi El Gouna. The hotel is beautifully designed with a calm and minimalist atmosphere, making it a great place to relax. Everything feels well thought out, from the spacious rooms to the quiet pool areas. The staff were friendly and professional, always helpful but never intrusive. The food was good, especially the breakfast, with a nice variety of fresh options. The location is also great—peaceful but still easy to get around. What stood out the most was the overall sense of space and tranquility. It never felt crowded, and there were plenty of spots to unwind, whether by the pool or at the beach. If you're looking for a quiet, well-designed place to recharge, this is a great option. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at The Chedi, everything from the generous breakfast, the staff, the on-site spa, the well kitted out gym to the overall elegant look and feel of the hotel. The staff were very communicative and paid attention to the little details. A very relaxing spot to unwind and located very close to the Downtown so you can venture out if you feel like it. Would definitely come back here

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and in maintaining the hotel’s high standards. A special mention goes to Amr, the room cleaner, who was absolutely outstanding. He ensured our room was spotless every day, paying attention to every little detail. His professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our stay. The food was another highlight, with a variety of delicious options. The Japanese restaurant, in particular, was a standout—flavourful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Each meal was a delight, and the chefs clearly put great effort into their craft. The resort itself is immaculate. The grounds are beautifully manicured, with lush greenery and pristine walkways. Everything was tidy and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, great food, and a stunning setting made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class experience!

Mahmoud Adel, Maria and all the staff at The Chedi were amazing! We stayed at several places during our visit to Egypt and the staff here were by far the best! They were so friendly, so helpful, really lovely with our children and so helpful in arranging trips etc. The rooms were lovely and clean, the food was great and it was such a lovely peaceful few days after visiting Cairo, Aswan and Luxor. We hope to come back!
