From the moment we walked in, until the second we left, every single member of staff was excellent. So pleased to help, be of service and often going the extra mile for our comfort or satisfaction. It is close to the airport, has a lovely beach and great open spaces to relax and enjoy the brilliant sunshine. Plenty of daytime activities although a little limited in the evening. We were all inclusive and the food options were plentiful if a bit similar for the most part. Some nice options in the evening with Waves BBQ and Lagoona fish being good. We also enjoyed a fabulous Hamman at The Health Club despite it being renovated at the time. There was a nice area to walk out into, with shops and restaurants but only small. The hotel taxi service was cheap, reliable, very attentive and informative.

This is not the first time I stay at Swiss Inn resort although this time it was a very short stay. The hotel is big, clean and has alot of facilities. Friendly staff at the reception, we got an upgrade for our stay being a frequent guest with out requesting. Very good value for the money.

Very nice hotel on the Mamsha. Good service everywhere: restaurant, cleaning, reception. Good food, especially in grill and seafood restaurants. Personal thanx for mister Sheriff Hassan who helps us to make our vacation is amazing!! Dear friend, you make us wanted to back again!!

The accommodation simply perfect, very spacious, clean, an impressive view. I would first like to thank the receptionist OMAR, a very nice and well educated employee. He did everything to make our stay perfect, always available and always taking care of every detail. We would also like to thank the beach waiter Ahmed (very polite and friendly) always at our disposal and our thanks also to the waiter at the main restaurant Abdel Latif for his friendliness and kindness to our family. Our stay was perfect, and we will certainly come back in September/October to enjoy this paradise even more with these wonderful people.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, we got an upgrade from normal room to sea view room, the room was modern & clean and the bed was very very comfortable, the resort is quite, full of beautiful palm trees that gives very relaxing feelings. This was our second visit and of course will not be the last.
