Overall an amazing hotel! Room was big and comfortable and really clean - loved the big shower! Lots of choice for food and restaurants. Chef Babaa in the main restaurant was amazing and so helpful with someone in our group who had an allergy. Pool and beach areas were so lovely - towel process was great and we could always get a sun bed even if we went to the pool / beach later in the day. Every single member of staff was fantastic and went out of their way to make sure you had a great holiday. Highly recommend!

The rooms were stunning and the service was second to none. I spent 18 days here with my girlfriend and we absolutely loved it. It was chillier, but the heated pools meant there was always somewhere to swim. There were plenty of options for food.

The whole staff is friendly and welling always to help..they always aim to check if you need any help before you go even to ask them..special thanks to Mr.Khaled and Mr.Islam from Reception for their friendly hospitality and fast response and Also Mrs.Azza for her daily support and the great organization of our special event The animation team were also Great and interactive with nice daily shows and morning activities ..special thanks to Shika who taught us Archery and was so friendly And patience with us The food was excellent with good varieties thanks to the broad Restaurants they have There are multiple heated pools and even the Aqua park area is heated..so you will always have multiple varieties Thanks to everyone in the amazing staff of Sunrise Royal Makadi for making our vacation an unforgettable one♥️

Very clean , lots of activities and facilities available. Very Friendly and responsive staff. The beach was lovely and sandy , the kids loved it to play with the sand and they loved the slides.

everything was great! the sandy beach was super nice. There are a lot of options for the food, we were in all the restaurants and they all were perfect. The staff are very supportive and nice and you have a direct contact through whats app for any support you need. The animation team are great, specially Mr. Hassan, he is an awesome member to the team. The Spa is great, specially Mr. Alladin! the best massage I have ever had! we checked out at 12:00 but stayed at the hotel until 22:00 (we had an early morning flight). The hotel kept our access to everything open and allowed us to use all the facility and restaurant without extra charge! They even prepared a lunch box for each of us, for the time we were in flight! We also had our anniversary during our stay, and they decorated our room and also our table at the restaurant with a delicious cake with no extra charge!

Everything ! It was clean, animation is good, the food is great, the staff is nice, so many equipments to enjoy. The kids enjoyed the pools, the beach, the kids club, the mini-disco, the shows, the afternoon animation, the buffet. And us, as parents, if the kids had fun, it was a good vacation for us.

We all loved the hotel but food can be bit better. Chefs try hard but it seems that they are bit limited with regards to world cuisine. Indian food was below par and so was any other Asian cuisine. It's quite easy to do pan asian curry. I could possibly sort this out for them if they hire me as a consultant :) Chefs and all the staff was lovely and I will give them 200% for the effort.
