This hotel is spotless, the choice in food is amazing and in my opinion the best in Hurghada, staff make this hotel great with their eagerness to help and always smiling

From our arrival everyone was very welcoming and kind, all staff members were extremely helpful. We really enjoyed eating in the A la carte restaurants, especially Asian and Spanish - great food and service. Our room was good size with daily towel art, all just felt super clean - big thank you for Mohamed( our housekeeper). Swimming pool was heated, our 2 years old really loved it. We could also use the next hotel facilities, as they had a children splash pool, also heated but kind of small size, it was very crowded . Last but not least, big thank you for Misa who was informing us about daily activities and checking on us if everything was alright.We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Sunrise Mamlouk Palace.

This was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had and definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The service goes above and beyond to help you, serve you, and make your stay enjoyable. The à la carte restaurants are amazing, offering a great variety for your evening meal. The gym has every piece of equipment you could dream of. There are plenty of pools, including one large heated pool, the sea, lots of beach beds, and spacious rooms – what more could you ask for? We visited Cairo and Luxor, and the trips really topped off the holiday. The pyramids, tombs, and the Valley of the Kings are a must-see. The evening entertainment team was also great, with something new every night to keep visitors entertained.

The Staff, especially the entertainment staff Mischa and Tito were incredible, they made our holiday special, they were walm welcoming and very helpful and our baby loved them. The staff restaurants and bars and whole resort were so friendly and professional. This is like our 2nd home we enjoyed that much. Food was brilliant especially ala carte.di

Super friendly and attentive staff. All day Kids program available, Mini Disco was the highlight for our toddler. Resort is quite spacious, executive suite offers a quite and private location with direct breach access. Misha, Tito and Zizo accompanied us throughout our stay and made us feel like home.

The hotel is exactly as shown in all photos The room was very spacious and clean with daily room service Friendly and helpful staff at reception and restaurants Overall very comfortable stay and very relaxing location There is a large variety of food at the buffet every day for breakfast lunch and dinner There are shops inside the resort but make sure to bargain their prices Spa massage on resort is excellent There is an aquapark enjoyable by both kids and adults The ocean bay was nice with lots of beach chairs There is a regular and heated pool
