Honestly the whole experience was wonderful, the food, property, and beach were superb! What really made this property stand out though was the staff! Everyone and I mean everyone was unbelievably nice and polite, we genuinely felt like we stayed with family and not on a resort. From the moment that we booked our vacation we were contacted by Mina and he made sure everything was taken care of , from special occasions to dinner every night, he made sure to give us an unforgettable experience! Once on the resort we met another three amazing people who we feel are now like family! Khalil, Sayed, and Shahanda treated my wife and children in the kindest manner, my wife and children literally cried when we were leaving. We highly recommend this resort, the activities, rooms, food, and amenities make it a must stay! But, as I stated before, from the management to the cleaning crew, this staff is what makes this resort stand out! After staying at several resorts in Hurgadah, I can unequivocally say this one is hands down the best. Especially when you have staff members like Mina, Khalil, Sayed, and Shahanda! A must stay, very highly recommended!

Everything was super great!! In reception already start warmly and homely, Mr. Ali every day asked if everything was okay and I felt cared myself 🥰 The room and shower room too, were very clean and beautiful, overlooking the sea, with a large balcony. Here was the very care and friendly Mr. Aziz. Fruits, sweets, nuts and wine were brought into the room 😇 Soft drinks are a good choice in the frige. Animation were friendly and nice young people. Every night was a great show! And the meal in the restaurant was so tasty and versatile!! Even too good! 😋🥰 SUPER HOTEL IN HURGHADA 🌞👍👌 I dare to recommend to everyone!

A good, clean hotel, focused on European clients. High level of security and service. The animation is unobtrusive, I liked the evening shows, especially Cleopatra, live music. The New Year's party was well organized, there were various dishes, music, shows. I really liked the grill restaurant. Nice spa, prices are not low, but there are a variety of offers.

The stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel has many opportunities to spend your holidays (heated pool, private beach, corner for only adults, spa,…). The room was large and has all facilities you need. There is a large choice of restaurants inside the resort. Food was delicious and good quality. The staff is professional and friendly. David from the reception was helping me with all issues. So really a nice team. Congratulations to all and keep provide a great service in the future.

The facilities including the heated pool, beach sections, games such as volleyball etc were really good. Access to sister aqua park was quite convenient as well. Yades restaurant was exceptional. Kids love spaghetti dishes and pizzas. Cheesecake was really good at Yades as well. BBQ at Egyptian restaurant was really nice as well. Heated pools were nice. There were always sunbeds available. The facilities were not crowded at all. Kids club activities such as face painting, disco, pizza making kept kids occupied. Front desk and room service staff was very accommodating. Rageb at front desk was exceptional. He was always available via WhatsApp. Complimentary late check out and lunch boxes for kids for airport transfer were quite helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

TUI Blue Crystal Bay resort was the best choice we made in Hurghada. We wanted a few stress free days and TUI Blue had everything for us. Initially, we were a bit worried as we were travelling with our 4 year old but all the amenities were exceptional, especially food and the pools. We opted for all inclusive package so didn’t have to worry about food at all. The buffet was full of varieties especially sweets. The water in the pool was warm enough. The beach was very clean and our kid enjoyed it very much. The entertainment team made sure we had fun with various activities and programmes. All the staff took good care of us. I would like to specially mention Mr Bahi from the front office team. His response to all our requirements were super fast. We got late checkout for free and Mr Bahi and team sent us off with packed lunch boxes which were like a cherry on top.

To be honest its the most nice hotel in Hurghada in which i stayed. People there are working so hard to make your holiday special. Anyone so helpful. The hotel very clean , with a beautiful area to walk around with a nice lagoon. A lot of places for chill. The food is amazing . I highly recommend the breakfast at yades and Indian restaurant. In the one world the hotel is amazing. We definitely back next year.

This was my second resort vacation. At first, I had a very satisfying vacation with my son and visited the posh club again, and the service and comfort were better. My Assistant Mo Anwar, kindly asked for information about us even before the trip and helped me with the pickup. Throughout the trip, he carefully and warm-heartedly recommended restaurant reservations and leisure activities for my kids. I was touched by the Anwar's meticulous kindness. Everything about this resort is perfect. The facilities, food, staff, everything is fantastic and I would like to recommend this place to everyone.
