For Egyptian guests, please note that it is mandatory to present a copy of national ID, marriage certificates and children birth certificates to the reception upon arrival in order to complete check in. The restaurant's dress code is smart casual where athletic, sports uniforms, beach sandals and slippers are not allowed. Please note that Gala Dinner on 31 December is included in the room rate.Maximum 02 children first child below 12 and second child below 06 years old share parents free in a Double room at existing bed while second child 06-12 pay extra charge half adult rate.Check-In Requirements:

Buffet was tasty and well organised. Always plenty and refilled. Should meet every taste buds. Late dinner and packed food are made available. Repairs get fixed straightaway when reported. Rooms get cleaned every day and always pleasant to return back to room.

Staff hospitality, care and kindness. Reception manager Mr Hossam was very good. Hotel staff: Mr Khaled and Mr. Shuban were always available for our attention. And lastly Mr Ahmed the Housekeeping staff was exceptional good.

Everything was great 👍 great vacation I will came back again. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is varied and different every day. The view is very beautiful. There is a heated swimming pool in the winter. The view from the room is wonderful The service is excellent, all the staff are cooperative at your service all the time

The views and the staff make this hotel an amazing experience the lobby bar staff are amazing…. The Chinese restaurant was the best al la cart with Abdul Mohammed he’s was such a lovely person- khalied who looked after Our bags- the reception staff Muhmood ,Hossam and Rawan have looked after us whenever we have a question and not to forget the amazing Mohammed max who always was great company

Aly the cleaner was so good. He is very perfect cleaner. Mr Mobarak is very good and cleaning was always perfect. They are the best cleaners.

Helpfull and friendly staff like Mahmoud and Mohammed,Belell we super helpfull . Plenty of food choices. Daily cleaning and attentive staff. Clean towels and bedsheets, daily water supply.

The services was 10/10.Mahmoud and Shaban from reception was very helpfull in everything.Mahmoud from the restaurant was very very respectful with us like in a Michelin restaurant and Ahmed the young tall cleaner boy made our rooms beautifully clean and nice everyday.

Great location, close to shops, there is pharmacy on the territory, hospital, spa, aqua park, nice beach, good quality food (no one of my family got upset stomach as last year) cleaning service was there every day to clean our room. Next to hotel there were little where you could buy everything you needed. There are 2 swimming pools and 2 bars. Playground for kids and water caste for kids in aqua park. Managers and stuff were always friendly and helpful. I suggest you to visit their spa, you can say what massage would you prefer and they would make sure to relax your tensed muscles. Shower in room always had a hot water, tv had a few channels in different languages, air conditioners were cooling room well. I loved their entertainment program, every morning 11:30 there was an aqua gymnastic or dance lessons on the beach, evenings they had games for guests (like guess the movie by song), once a week ladies were live signing, belly dancers, foam parties for adults and kids.
