The hotel building is beautiful, the garden is very well kept, and the room was amazing. Staff is incredible, always there to help and arrange everything. We just have to sit back and relax.

The property was beautiful, spacious and elegant, without being too grand or formal. There was a lovely feeling of space and relaxation, the terraces near the bar and outside the main restaurant were lovely with cosy armchairs and sofas. The rooms that we were in were similarly spacious and elegant. The pool areas were very well laid out, again creating a relaxed and luxurious vibe. We liked all the restaurants, Maya was particularly good for lunch, our favourite dinner was at Arabesque. The staff were extremely helpful, efficient and provided excellent service. The food choices were varied and invariably fresh and plentiful. We LOVED this resort!

Great place, good food options, many activities on site! One basically does not have to leave the place: Swimming, Beach, Tennis, Gym, Beach volleybal, etc. Very friendly staff and management!

Facilities are new and high standards. Rooms are spacious and well planned out. Very good service, no annoying staff asking where are you from every 5 minutes (which is the case in most Egyptian hotels).

Amenities were exceptional. The resort is only 3 years old so everything is in really great condition. Shows were good but I did feel like more activities could have been offered (Zumba, hiit, strength, kickboxing etc) and more entertainment for kids could have been arranged. Food was nice and the Christmas event and food arranged was amazing!!!! Great job on that. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. A very pleasant stay indeed - definitely returning when the weather is warmer and the neighboring constructions are completed.

The resort is immaculate from the design to the facilities everything is luxurious, the staff are all respectful and extremely helpful; especially Ahmed Essa the resort manager and Mohammad (Obama) the restaurant manager went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The restaurants had delicious varieties beyond the many options in the international buffet. The stay was relaxing and not over crowded during our time and the location is stunning with desert, sea and mountains surrounding the entire resort.

An exceptional hotel that exceeded all expectations with its outstanding service—unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before! Every detail was taken care of, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. The waiter at the pool area quickly learned our drink preferences and brought them without us even asking—even accommodating special requests like Red Bull Zero. The gym trainer was incredibly skilled, offering personalized support with technique and introducing new exercises that truly elevated the workout experience. From the thoughtful touches to the professional staff, this hotel sets a new standard for excellence!
