Excellent hotel from all points of view. From the multitude of facilities to the quality of the food and the park of rare beauty, everything was perfect. I think it's by far the best resort in Hurghada. Sky and especially Palappa are excellent a la carte restaurants. Thanks to Mahmood from the reception for his help and guidance. We'll be back, for sure!

We had a very good time staying at this hotel. From the start, the manager, Mr. Abanoub Tharwat, welcomed us kindly, and everything after that was very nice. The hotel looks beautiful with decoration that shows real Egyptian culture. The lobby is big with plenty of space to sit and relax. There was live music every evening during our stay, which made the atmosphere very pleasant. The staff in the lobby were always helpful and brought us many drinks from the menu when we asked. The staff are very caring and made us feel comfortable. For example, I had some back pain, and when I told them, they quickly brought me an extra mattress to help me sleep better. Also, the reception called to check if we needed anything else, which we thought was very thoughtful. The hotel pools were great! There are both warm and cold pools and even an Aqua Park for adults and children separately. There is also a snack and drink bar by the pool, and the staff there were quick to help with whatever we needed. The food was one of the best parts of our stay. There was so much to choose from cold and hot dishes, grilled food, soups, desserts, breads, and drinks. Everything looked good and tasted even better. Whatever you ask for, they try to provide, which is really amazing. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and you can see they take good care of everything. Our room had a very comfortable bed and a sunny balcony, which was perfect for relaxing.

Pools were heated, plenty of sun lounges, staff very attentive, polite will do anything to make your stay comfortable. From the time we stepped in through the doors staff was there looking after us. Had an upgrade to our room which was fantastic. Room huge and very comfortable. Resort is huge, plenty of snack bars and food was awesome.
