Kids Aqua is open for all children staying at the hotel.Please note that delivery of fast food to the hotel is not permitted.Guests are kindly requested to wear elegant evening attire for dinner in all restaurants, no beach/sports wear, no transparent clothes, no shorts or sleeveless shirts for men, no flip-flops. Shoes must be worn at all times.Kindly note that Deluxe Rooms can accommodate only 1 child till 12 years, Family Rooms up to 2 children till 12 years. Economy room, Superior room and Triple Room cannot accommodate any children.The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before arrival, non refundable reservations will be charged in full before arrival.The hotel will charge the credit card entered in the reservation, therefore the guest must have the same credit card upon arrival to complete the process, otherwise new payment will be required upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Great experience for the 2nd time in Steigenberger Aqua Magic with my family. The staff was really very helpful and cheerful while dealing with us, especially the front office team. Facility is wonderful for kids and adults as well. Quality control on food and beverage is exceptional, putting in consideration that we were in Biram feast and the hotel was almost fully occupied as I have noticed, food was really tasty, especially the Italian restaurant. The housekeeping team as well to be admired for their exceptional work in our rooms and nice gestures we experienced. Highly recommended for families.

One word: Excellence. Iv stayed in many 5 star resorts all around the world and having been to Hurghada 3 times now, i must say the Steigenberger really is a 5* excellent resort. Good food. Good facilities. Staff cannot do enough for you, always on hand to help. Also extras like free drinks (beers,cokes, fresh waters) delivered to your room (all inclusive) makes all the difference. Tremendous hotel and i highly recommend paying that bit extra if your going to Hurghada and stay here, it was a fantastic 11 days on par with my 2 weeks in a 5* in Aruba. Many thanks - Alexander.

That even after 3 days, there was still so much to discover. Great to keep the kids entertained, awesome for the parents to relax, once the kids are asleep 🤣 The staff are very very friendly and are ready to help with anything. This is definitely a place to come back to!

Everything about my stay was amazing, from the staff, food and to the location!! I felt completely safe as a female solo traveller. An honourable mention to the incredible Madonna who sorted out my late check out as I was flying back out at 10pm and still let me use everything in the hotel. The food was 10/10! I had to even praise the chef because it was really nice!! I will 100000000000% be coming back with the rest of my family! I keep recommending to everyone I tell about my holiday. Hurghada was lovely and everyone was sooooooo kind!! Great holiday.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. Received a room upgrade which made my stay 100xs better. Amazing hotel!
