Everything was really Perfect. This is my third visit to sheraton and will never be the last one. I would like the thank mr monsef for his kindness and respectable decent way with us,and couldn't thank him enough for his generous way. Also would like to thank abdelsalam in the main restaurant for his care with everything we need besides his cheerful way. Thank you sheraton for selecting good people with lovely attitude.

Our stay at Sheraton Soma Bay was absolutely wonderful! Everyone, including the staff and even the other guests, was so friendly and welcoming. The sea is stunning, and the Orca Diving & Jetty was breathtaking. We snorkeled every day and were amazed by the variety of fish and coral reefs. The fruit drinks were incredibly delicious, and the breakfast was fantastic with so many options, including a great variety of desserts. A special thanks to Abdullah for his excellent service and the beautiful decoration in our room—it was such a nice touch! Also, a big thanks to Said for his wonderful attitude, helping us find great restaurants, and checking in with us daily to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The resort felt very diverse, which we loved. We noticed both female staff and dwarf staff working, something we hadn’t seen in other hotels in Hurghada. It made the experience feel even more unique and inclusive. We checked out a little late, but no one made a fuss about it, which we really appreciated. The resort staff also provided golf car transportation to take us anywhere we needed within the resort, making everything so convenient. We highly recommend Sheraton Soma Bay for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday!

Outstanding staff, really couldn’t do enough for us. Room was awesome, food was incredible and very reasonably priced. Location is a real plus with the incredible reef. It is the best positioned hotel in Soma Bay!

Sheraton Soma Bay is my favourite hotel. I spend my holiday there always when I'm in Hurghada.All is wonderful and I will go again.

Nice and clean beach. Wonderful Staff. Food is all well made, and dinner buffet changes everyday. Lots of activities to do in Soma bay as well.
