Compared to Pickalbatros, the beach here is cleaner and better maintained, the food is of higher quality, and the staff are friendly. Excellent value for money. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Great hotel , food and service . Only big NO that you can’t snorkel or swim in the sea from Jetty after 4pm or before 8.30am . We like swimming early in the morning and unfortunately was not allowed.

The food was absolutely delicious, the snorkling is breath-taking, the gym/fitness center has everything needed (a set of dumbells, a barbell with the necessary plates, multiple adjustable benches, various machines, treadmills ...), the pool has a 50m and a 30m lane, the people were very friendly, service was excellent.

For those seeking serenity, sea, and quality… Located in one of the most tranquil and crystal-clear bays of Makadi Bay, Serenity Alpha Beach truly lives up to its name. From the moment you arrive, the architecture blends classic Arabic touches with modern elegance. The gardens are well-maintained, and the walking paths are lined with palm trees and flowers — the first impression is genuinely strong. Beach & Sea: The hotel’s private beach is a dream for snorkeling and swimming lovers, thanks to its proximity to beautiful coral reefs. The sea is incredibly clear with stunning shades of blue. Sunbeds are always available thanks to the spacious and smartly organized layout. Room & Cleanliness: Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. Daily housekeeping was done carefully, and the minibar was regularly restocked. The air conditioning worked silently and efficiently, ensuring maximum comfort. Food & Taste: The main buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes. The grill station and fresh salad bar were standouts. Each evening had a different theme, so dining never felt repetitive. Desserts were just as thoughtfully prepared. Overall, a solid experience in terms of price-performance. Staff & Service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed at the reception and the restaurant team for their professionalism — they made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall Impression: If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-quality holiday with good food and a relaxing atmosphere, Serenity Alpha Beach won’t disappoint. It’s the perfect balance of exploration and relaxation, especially for sea and nature lovers. We’ll definitely return.

Everything, Staff were very friendly and happy, they went above and beyond to help. We had a fantastic room, and location. Food was verified, always hot and tasty. Loved the chaps on the jetty, they were again very helpful and pleased to see you? Couldn't do enough for people.

Our bedroom was extra large and cleaning team were excellent (Mohammed A3 block). The resort was a good size with various pools. The gym js acceptable to achieve a decent workout. The food is good (not amazing). Variety and quality, fresh salads, grilled meats.

Our stay at Serenity Alpha Beach Hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a room upgrade, and to make our anniversary even more special, the staff went the extra mile by decorating our room beautifully and surprising us with a delicious cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our experience even more memorable. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with a variety of pools to enjoy, including a heated pool—perfect for relaxing. The private beach was a great spot for snorkeling, with clear waters and plenty of marine life to admire. The food was great, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Whether at the buffet or other dining areas, everything was fresh and well-prepared. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was professional, polite, and always ready to help. A special mention to Dina and Aladdin, who checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness truly stood out. Serenity Alpha Beach is a fantastic choice for both couples and families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable escape. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Beautiful resort and excellent food and drinks! We enjoyed the great service with an upgrade on our honeymoon☺️ Special honeymoon dinner was also arranged for us. Great that they have tennis court but the rackets and tennis balls needs an update.
