We had a really great time during our winter holiday in January. The weather also was good at this period. Food was better than expected. Every evening a different kind of barbecue. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every problem during our stay was fixed immediately. Excellent for Families

The stay was good, the staff were really friendly, polite, welcoming and accommodating. The food was great and there was a wide range of options. The al a carte restaurants were especially a nice to have. The hotel put on a gala dinner for New Year’s Eve, which was amazing. The pool and slides are good and the area is very clean and tidy.

the amazing atmosphere, the great staff, they are genuinely super nice and helpful, they helped us getting the best available room, a ton of variety of delicious food and activities for the kids. its one of rare hotels that has a great amusement park that both adults and kids can enjoy, which is very suitable for families. The best part was the Christmas celebration and dinner when we had a 3 hour dancing show, and a great dinner as well. everyone in this hotel was very welcoming, smiling all the time and making sure that you get the best experience, more specifically, Mr.Ahmed who literally was checking on us every single night trying make sure that we enjoy our time to the max.

This is my 3rd visit to the resort and it is still as solid as it was. Good rooms, good pools, lovely aqua park and theme park. Excellent food in terms of quality and variety. Make sure to experience the natural sea jacuzzi spots at the beach during low tide.

Food was wonderful and if you want to do a snorkeling it would be a good place to do. The room was clean, but one of the mattress wasn't comfortable.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and bars and restaurants (bartenders, waiters etc). Many activities in the hotel, great swimming pools. Aquapark brought a lot of fun. Talented dancers on shows which were every evening. Spacious rooms, good cleaning service.

The food is great with lots of varieties, rooms are nice and clean , aqua and services are pretty good and fun and staff are very professional and friendly especially Mr. Mohamed Seidawy from the retuarant dining team. Was awarded a free diner in any of the 5 restaurants as i i booked more than 4 nights, which was a nice gesture

Cleanliness of the property is excellent in room, in restaurants, garden, around the pools, all around. Freandliness of staff is exceptinal !!! They are all polite, inspite of the fact that they work hard for the guests, but allways with a smile on their face. Pool temperature is also good for the November weather. There is a new restaurant (Tau) nearby the slides. Excellent staff, excellent presentation of the food. And much much more quiet than main restaurant (Aurora).
