Beach was sandy and beautiful .. The place, gardens and view were amazing.. Staff were helpful and friendly.. Pools were good but some times not too clean .. Food varieties are present but the quality some times was not so good specially at the lunch meal. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Selma in reception was excellent and all the staff were very friendly. The Element Watersports team, just round the corner from the hotel, were superb for our learn to wingfoil holiday.

Very hospital staff, welcoming, greeting and overall good mood amongst them and towards the guesst. Food at the hotell; The buffeet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was almost the same day in day out. Their main dishes was the only one that changed daily, otherwise many of the same dished everyday. However, it was plenty to pick between and we were very happy with the choices, so we ate good. Our children ate good too. Some of the "bars" offered free food like pizza, burger, fries and icecream. Great for kids, and adults too. Three other restaurants that you could book and eat differently. We tried Arabian Nigths, it was great. Room was great! We had a room for all 4 of us with a big queen size bed for adults and big bunk beds for kids. It was perfect. Room was spacious enough, bathroom great size and it had also an AC. Beach was amazing. Nice sand, alot of beds and a relative big beach for the hotell. Pools; We traveled in end of March, so the temprature was around 25 + and the sea lower. They have many pools and a water park. Great for kids and alot of fun. Service; Great! Room service, great! Plenty of entertainment at evenings. Overall GREAT value!

Excellent vacation. From food to service just perfect. Staff was welcoming and polite. Special shout-out to the animation team for doing an outstanding job. Every interaction with them was a joy! I want to single out Stereo for being a real gem. We spent a night in the club with him and it was the highlight of our trip!

The beach is sandy and amazing, there is a heated pool, the animation team and night show are very good food quality is good. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room size and the preparation for the kids with extra beds. Overall experience was very good and will not be the last visit

The Caribbean World resort in Soma bay is by all means a 5 star all inclusive resort with every possible facility, pools, private sandy beach, restaurants, bars, spa, gym, animation. The food had a great selection and variety. It was fresh, well chosen and balanced for everybody's taste, excellently prepared, and there was always something new. The rooms were comfort, extra cleaned every day. Great support and service by the staff at every time. Shops within the resort with things you might need as essentials, souvenirs, pharmacy, optics, jewelry.

Even though the hotel was big it was cozy due to all the greens and low beautiful buildings. The staff were super service oriented, kind, genuine, friendly and happy. The cleaning was excellent! Everyday we had a clean room with toilet paper, toiletries, water etc. We dropped multiple toys under the bed the cleaner always found them :). The food was good as well but a lot of lines, logistically they need to plan the food stations a bit better. Close to the beautiful beach as well and one heated pool etc. All inclusive including alcohol the labeling on booking is misleading.

We chose the Sentido Caribbean World Hotel and had a great two-week vacation. We were vacationing as a family of four. The check-in was excellent, the room had a large wide bed and a bunk bed for children, which the children really liked. The room was cleaned every day, water was brought, towels were changed. The hotel has a beautiful sandy beach with a very convenient entrance for children. There is also a heated swimming pool and water slides. The food was excellent, and every evening was grilled. Lots of fruits, vegetables, meat and fish. There are five or six restaurants on site, several main ones, and the rest can be accessed by appointment. We celebrated the New Year in one of the restaurants, and the New Year's 2025 program was great!!! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we even extended our stay for a few days at this hotel. I would like to express my special thanks to Marwa!!! the personal manager of the hotel. She accompanied us throughout our vacation. On the last day of departure, we were kindly given the opportunity to check out late, which we really enjoyed! We highly recommend the hotel, come with the whole family, you will be very satisfied!

The hotel grounds are impressive in size. The spacious and well-maintained gardens and paths are carefully looked after by the hotel staff. The staff turned out to be very friendly. Everyone greets you warmly and wishes you a good day. I would like to highlight the Jamaica Bar. Especially the bartender who is of shorter stature. He left the biggest impression on us as a sincere and positive person. We always enjoyed his company, and his smile would automatically make us smile as well. He was the simplest and kindest employee, who diligently did his job. On the hotel grounds, everyone wants to offer their services (for a fee), and sometimes it was a bit too pushy. Nevertheless, you can try diving, enjoy a full-body massage and spa services, including cosmetic treatments, or even go on a quad bike ride in the desert. Perhaps the latter was the most incredible experience (although personally, I didn’t want to do it, my husband persuaded me). I never regretted it a thousand times over that I tried the safari. It’s important to mention that our guide (unfortunately, I don’t know his name) was excellent. His positive and warm atmosphere played a big role in our wild quad biking trip. We are very grateful to him for all his endless efforts. Food. There were a lot of concerns about the food and water in Egypt. The food was incredibly delicious, the breakfasts were hearty and offered a great variety. It was the largest buffet I’ve ever seen. We had no issues with the food, no stomach problems, and there were plenty of different restaurants. We really liked the hotel and highly recommend it. To Mr. Baiomy and Mrs. Ahlem Ahmad, We express our boundless gratitude for their sensitivity, patience, and help in solving our minor issues with the neighbors in our room. Their assistance had a huge impact on the quality of our vacation, which shows that they truly care about the mood of every guest and the importance of providing individual comfort and coziness.
