I stayed at this hotel for the second time, I really like it. friendly staff at the reception speaks Russian, English, Arabic, Polish and will help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very good food! The hotel is in a very good location on the first line in the city. I will go there again. The lack of Wi-Fi does not prevent me from relaxing at all. I highly recommend it!

Good location in the city center. All staff were really welcoming and ever so helpfull, we wanted our room to be changed and there was absolutely no problem. 2 great restaurants and few bars, tables get cleaned within seconds after previous guests have left, no queues, everything seems to be organized and smooth. Same at the swimmingpools. Rooms are clean,beds comfortable. Hany the manager always around to make sure all is ok,thank you ;).

The staff especially in the lobby bar and restaurant Cleopatra at the hotel is very nice and welcoming. Always smiling and paying attention to us, both servers and supervisors in Cleopatra. Ahmed Aziz (picture) in the lobby bar was extremely serviceminded and very friendly, thank you! Also Mohammed who cleans rooms 400hall and does towel art is great! Hotel has great location, walking distance to new marina which is a nice area.

My stay at your hotel was an exceptional experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by the professional and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities a guest could need. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel manager, Mr. Hany Hassan, who was always available to ensure our stay, was comfortable and free of any issues. I also want to thank all the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious and varied. The stunning sea view added an extra touch of magic to our stay. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable experience!

We spent a week in this beautiful resort on the sea just a stone's throw from the city center. The hotel has everything you need to spend a relaxing and fun holiday. During the entire stay the staff was always smiling and friendly, we felt at home. The beach is beautiful, there are many shops and the food is good and varied. Thanks to the entertainment staff Harlu, Temo and Tonich. Very nice guys, full of initiative and never intrusive. To the staff on the beach in particular Hady, very nice and kind. Thanks also to the staff at the Eid und Amir bar for the delicious drinks, and last but not least a big thank you to Mr. Hany Shehata, for his professionalism and kindness towards us. i really like the new seagull hotel not the old one. They gave me a family room at the old hotel, I didn’t like it so they upgraded me to a spectacular room. I was speechless and even cried when they showed me. I was going through some rough time, Irina at the public relation desk checked on me everyday. she made sure I was well taken care of, she really showed me compassion. she explained my situation to her colleagues and they make sure I was satisfied and had a great time i never had that to any other I went to. big thank you to Mohamed the cleaning man, he was so kind with my kids , everyday did something special for them while fixing their bed. we were all so happy and felt so special.
