Resort was all inclusive and staff in the whole were friendly, went extra mile with young infant

This was a beautiful resort with an excellent, clean beach and delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. I especially want to thank Mr. Ahmad for his assistance upon arrival, particularly for changing my room to a view I preferred and preparing my parents' room before their arrival. Mr. Kamal was also exceptional, always inquiring about our needs and ensuring our comfort. I also appreciate the hard work of Mr. Nour and Mahmoud in keeping our rooms clean and tidy. The restaurant staff were fantastic, providing excellent service and delicious meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking this resort again next year.

The size of the resort was large. A lot of nice pools but it was too cold to use. Only 1 heated pool outside but it was behind the building where its not very pleasant. The food was good and changed every day. Most of the staff were very friendly. It had its own beach and there are nice places to walk around outside. The location is amazing but a little far from Hurghada (around 30 minutes). I would go back!

Hello! Pyramisa is a great place! I spent an amazing 3 weeks there. Great beach, nice food and a very comfortable suite! I would like to thank your manager - Karim. He's the best guy in the whole world! Cause he helped me figure out some nuances of hotel. He helped me buy a sim-card, told me about plenty types of entertaiment. And when I got the suit which was worse than I booked, he immediately helped me solve this problem. Karim has demonstrated himself as very polite, well-mannered, and responsive. Please show respect and consideration towards this employee

Pyramisa resort was lovely and family friendly. We especially felt welcomed by Ms Nisreen from reception. She made our whole trip easy and comfortable. She made sure we were up to date with the daily entertainment and checked up on us regularly to make sure we didn't need any thing extra. She also upgraded one of our rooms for free to front see view suit which took our holiday to the next level !! Thank you Nisreen for being so warm, welcoming and helpful.

I loved the whole vibe of the resort. The hotel/rooms/bathrooms need a little cosmetic touch ups but otherwise it was a really nice place. All the areas were clean and well taken care of. Lovely beach. Being a solo traveller can sometimes be a little sad and lonely and on that note i would like to say special thanks to housekeeper Mahmoud Kamal. Everyday he cheered me up with his friendly face and a kind hello, even when he was tired he always had a smile on his face and just overall a positive hard working person. Our chats might not have been long but he just was full of positive vibes and it always made me feel good aswell. I highly recommend everyone to visit the spa. I got amazing medical massages there done by Nada Farak! Everyone from the staff did such a great job making people feel welcome. The hotel was clean and suited for kids and adults, everything was well taken care of. Food was delicious and options were enough in my opinion. Hope to go back there again 😌

Pyramisa Hotel in Hurghada exceeded my expectations! The service was absolutely perfect, with attentive and friendly staff. It’s an ideal destination for winter swimming, thanks to its heated pools. The dishes were delicious, offering a variety of flavors to suit every taste. The pools are beautifully maintained and provide a fantastic experience. A special thank you to receptionist Kareem for his warm welcome and professionalism, and to housekeeper Mahmood for keeping everything spotless and ensuring our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!
