We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we get the chance! Pros: - The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the pool. - The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Meirit at the front desk, and Ayman and Shaban from the restaurant — they were all super kind and helpful. - The food was delicious. - Having lunch at the beachfront restaurant was such a cool experience! *Not-so-pros:* - There's no free Wi-Fi in the rooms. - The buffet could be a bit more diverse. A lovely experience.

The beach bungalows are amazing and the ground are beautiful. The pool was heated which was great on the cold days and there are wind breaks on the beach. Food was amazing and the staff lovely.. one of the best holidays myself and family have had. Will deffo be back.

It very good place to stay with kids! You won’t regret it! After chaos in the airport we finally met good customer relationship in Azur. Check-in, welcome drink and staff attitude was really friendly and nice. The restaurant work was very good: dishes were tasty and with good variety. Bartenders make good cocktails and work very quickly. Rooms were fresh and clean. Azur surprised with good animation and heated pool (inside too) Staff really perform to make your stay feel good. Don’t pay attention to bad feedback- we stayed in Egypt 5 times and Azur is really really good. My kid was crying when we were leaving.

As usual, Pharaoh Azur met our expectations- we have spent many memorable days of our life here before. Exceptional service starting from the cocktail check in, followed by the spotless accommodation in a spacious clean and comfy room and the friendly approach of the staff, the house offers also a perfect beach with a coral reef for snorkeling and with a diving center. It is steps away from the bungalow, alternatively you can use the shuttle any time and arrive in 2-3 minutes. Beach bar and towel service work perfect. The beach restaurant with the BBQ Pizza corner wit Chef Mustafa El Kafas would keep your spirit and sensations high. Food is perfect, a lot of vegetarian choice, however, for meat eaters there is a large BBQ grilling in the garden area. Italian a la carte restaurant is highly recommended as you would feel spoiled in a themed place with a terrace overlooking the hotel garden. Complemental, booked in advance. We usually do not spend time around the pool, however, there is a plenty of animation activities on offer there and it looks to be favourable to most of the tourists. The view of the sea is stunning and every sunrise is spectacular and we are so thankful to the hotel that we were to spot the sun rise from our beds. International animation team offers kids club, great for families, having a smile for every guest. Least but not last, it is worth visiting the Marina in Hurghada and Pharaoh is 15 min away from the town and a taxi service, value for money approx..5 EUR ( Uber or Guest relation Kristina would be happy to help with the web page to order online) is easy available. I am already looking forward to arrange my next trip end of March. Hopefully, Marina will be renovated by then as I miss a stroll.

I really enjoyed my holiday here I went last minute booked for one week then booked a second week whilst I was there. The hotel was perfect for me the beach was a 2 minute walk through the hotel grounds, the pool and gym were perfect. The staff were absolutely great and made my holiday, they're all really friendly and good fun Essam in the Lobby bar went out of his way to make me feel at home, Faraq had us all doing Yoga and water aerobics and lots of other activities he's perfect for that job and got us all up when we were being lazy. I used the spa and Sabrine did the best massage I've ever had. Om counting the days until I can get back there. Thank you all so much.

I love staying at this hotel. This is my second visit I booked last year for one week and ended up staying for 2 weeks as I didn't want to go home. This visit was for 10 days. All the staff are excellent they can't do enough for you. There is a choice of restaurants 3 a la carte the main restaurant, beach restaurant and also snacks by the pool. There's a well equipped gym, the entertainment team are excellent working hard all the time not only with the evening shows but in the day with yoga, water aerobics, exercises on the beach and a lot more. I can't wait to get back there again. Thank you everyone.

Perfect resort , the staff very nice and welcoming especially Mr Mohamed Salem in the reception & chef Mostafa Ahmed Elsayed . Great pool , food was very nice . Special thanks to the amazing animation team .

I love staying at this hotel. This is my second visit I booked last year for one week and ended up staying for 2 weeks as I didn't want to go home. This visit was for 10 days. All the staff are excellent they can't do enough for you. There is a choice of restaurants 3 a la carte the main restaurant, beach restaurant and also snacks by the pool. the staff were fantastic and made my holiday the food was brilliant - great choices for breakfast lunch and dinner and 3 al a carte restaurants great facilities I will be retuning
