Unforgettable Stay in El Gouna! This isn’t my first visit to Egypt, but Panorama Bungalows in El Gouna has truly exceeded all my expectations! Even though I’ve stayed in high-class hotels before, I have never experienced such genuine kindness, unobtrusive attention, and care for guests anywhere else. From the very first moment, I felt right at home here. I would like to give special thanks to Abd Allah at the reception desk for his incredible politeness, attentiveness, and professionalism. He was always ready to assist and made every effort to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The food at this hotel is absolutely amazing! Every day brought something new to the table: chicken, quail, beef, and even red fish for breakfast! The variety and quality of dishes left me thoroughly impressed. It’s clear that the kitchen staff are true professionals who put their heart and soul into their work. The restaurant service is beyond excellent. The staff work seamlessly, efficiently, and always with a smile. It’s evident that they genuinely strive to create the best experience for every guest. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything was always spotless. The thoughtful design of the rooms creates an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. The value for money at this hotel is absolutely outstanding. For a very reasonable price, you get a level of service that could easily rival premium hotels. A big thank you to the entire Panorama Bungalows team for the warm welcome and exceptional care. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely return! If you’re looking for a place that offers heartfelt service, comfort, and top-notch hospitality, this is the place for you.

The resort was amazing, but what made it even better were the amazing, friendly and courteous staff. The staff including the waiters, the cleaners and reception were all great.

The bed was huge and probably the most comfortable I had on my entire Egypt trip. Some of the furniture is a bit worn and shabby however so a bit of a mixed bag. Lovely view from the balcony and Yasmina from reception has a great vibe and is extremely helpful. I feel however that Mosaique Hotel where I stayed in Al Gouna for the previous 2 nights for the same price is a much more special experience. There is a fairly well-equipped (if not particularly well-maintained) gym on site so that is a definite plus.

Excellent place to stay in El Gouna - if I am ever back in this area, I will stay here again, no doubt. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, the WiFi works well, and the Jacuzzi is an added benefit. The resort is great overall, with nice facilities and a friendly and helpful stuff. Added on services are great - e.g., they got my laundry done in a few hours and and at a great price. Breakfast was fabulous.
