We were really looking forward to our stay at the Makadi Palace Hotel. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, with a lovely location, a charming layout, and well-furnished rooms. The overall atmosphere was promising, and we arrived with great anticipation. The staff were generally friendly, although we were frequently asked for tips—which we didn’t mind and happily gave.

I am quite demanding when it comes to travel, and I usually don’t return to the same place. However, I visited this resort twice. The main reason is the exceptional staff! I especially grew fond of the receptionist ->Kyrilloss, who was not only professional but also very kind and personable!,)))) He took care of everything we needed—from arranging the best room to organizing a birthday cake. I truly appreciate him as a person and friend. His colleagues: Tarek, Mostafa, and others, were also fantastic, as well as the waiters and chefs. Makadi resort is very beautiful + I really appreciated the size and spaciousness of the resort. For me, the price-to-quality ratio meets my expectations. I recommend this place!

Mostafa Masry was great! He works at the reception and he accommodated every need we had. Also, it was my mom’s birthday and he arranged a cake for the room free of charge. Other staff is also great and so friendly.

The hotel is amazing. the beach is beautiful and has really good snorkel. Also the food was very god and the staff was very friendly. A bonus is the entertainment at night always really fun.

Food is Good. But restaurants are not well Located/ distributed around the facility, they are all kind of clustered together and they are a Long walk from some rooms (at least where I stayed)

Perfect environment very good staff bartender Waleed perfect service reception Tarek the room was always good the sea was beautiful top Hotel food great every day you can enjoy different dishes Manager George very friendly and attentive to the guests we had a perfect holiday we will definitely come back I recommend to everyone with regards Norbert and Zuzana See you soon
