Our stay at Jaz Soma was absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to Khalid, who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. He was always available, attentive, and made our stay feel extra special. The facilities were exceptional, with the highlight being the stunning, well-maintained pool. We also want to thank Massouda, who personally came to bid us goodbye, leaving us with such a warm and memorable gesture. All the staffs were very friendly who came upto us every now and then to provide services. The only slight disappointment was the limited breakfast spread, but this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, which felt too short—two nights or more is highly recommended to fully enjoy everything. Overall, Jaz Soma exceeded our expectations, and the amazing service from Khalid, Massouda and each and every staff of Jaz Soma made it truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

My recent 7-day stay at Jaz Soma Beach in Hurghada was fantastic. While the weather and the Luxor trip were memorable, the true highlight was the hotel. This all-inclusive resort offers everything: four amazing restaurants, six well-stocked bars (including a pool bar and a 24-hour bar near reception), and a wide variety of delicious food and drinks to satisfy all tastes. The facilities are exceptional, featuring a private beach, two pools (one heated), a kids' pool, a spa, a shisha bar, a kids’ house, and plenty of activities to keep you entertained. What sets Jaz Soma Beach apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment I booked, they ensured everything was perfect. Throughout my stay, everyone—from the bar and restaurant teams to housekeeping and the animation crew—was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel special. Special thanks to Messouda for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and to Enzo, Jako, and Scooby from the animation team for their fun activities and great tips. Jaz Soma Beach is a place I’ll return to without hesitation!

We chose the hotel based on reviews on Booking.com - we did not regret it. The hotel is very focused on making vacationers feel super comfortable. Attentive staff: we had early and late check-out, no problem, we were offered several options for solving such situations. Clean rooms - cleaning and care every day. The service in the restaurant is beyond praise: fast, attentive, friendly (we want to say thank you to Mahmud from Luxor). Food - you can't try everything, but you really want to. Entertainment for every taste - different activities during the day, including for children (my son cooked pizza), a show every evening. The most pleasant emotions - all Orthodox Christians were invited to a festive dinner on Christmas Eve and presented gifts to the children. We are happy with the vacation and are ready to come back again. Many thanks to the hotel for a wonderful vacation.

Staff is friendly and will do everything to make your stay comfortable. Room is spacious with very good sound insulation. beach is small but very clean, sandy and nice water. Overall good value for money.

The staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, particularly Mr. Rahim, who made me feel genuinely at ease, as though I were among friends. Additionally, the cleanliness throughout the premises was commendable, and the beach’s sandy shoreline added to the overall pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. A big thank you to the friendly and professional staff, especially Mr. Rahim, who went above and beyond to provide us with a truly unique and dedicated experience. The food varieties were incredible, and a special thanks to Awaad for making our dining experience unforgettable at the Faryousz Restaurant. His attention to detail and passion for hospitality were remarkable. We also loved the beautiful sand beach and the heated pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special. We can’t wait to return!
