The thing that stood out the most about this property was the food. It was exceptional. My partner and I have really high standards when it comes to food, and would never have guessed an all inclusive buffet would be so fantastic. Fresh grilled fish on the barbecue, huge choice of salad, desserts, with some authentic Egyptian food like Molokhia and Knafeh. And Turkish coffees at the bar! The rooms were large and spotless. The service was 10/10. We wished we would’ve stayed longer.

We've been on a dive safari and choose this Hotel as its situated close to the airport(but not noisy at all !). From the first moment we felt very welcome. As our plane had a massive delay we got picked up at the airport after midnight by a hotel limousine. The driver was waiting for us with a good visible sign. Check in went fast and we got offered an early little breakfast and welcome drink at the lobby Bar Uno. Already before our arrival John from the Hotel reception had contacted us via WhatsApp to assist us with our arrival.He is a real gem, very professional, always helpful and friendly. The day of our departure to the dive safari we even got a late check out without any charge. The Hotel itself is beautiful! Modern design with a warm atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very clean, bathroom in a stylish modern design with good water pressure. The restaurant and pool bars are great, food outstanding and abundant and the service attentive. We loved the adults area, as its so quiet and good to relax. There are heated and unheated pools, all cristal clear and clean. After our dive safari John from reception answered prompt on our request for a day guests stay as our departure was late in the evening. We even got a reduction as a part of our group had to leave already at midday. All in all we highly recommend Jay casa Del Mar Hotel with its great design and facilities, delicious food and outstanding service. Our special thanks goes to John from the reception as he's providing us a very professional personal care.

I really loved the reception and check in it was really smooth and easy thanks to John. Thr animation team and food was very great the rooms was spacious and neat ... d whole scenery was beautiful definately exceeded my expectation and would recommend

Second year we have stayed Love the cleanliness (immaculate), the helpfulness of everyone, the food, the facilities and members of the enthusiastic animation team. Particular praise to all restaurant and bar staff, a shout out in particular to Ali MC( main restaurant), Hassan, Hamden , Handsome and Ahmed (a la carte) and pizza and Italian restaurant chef who left for vacation and I don’t have name but was delightful. Ahmed (lifeguard) and Mohamed Ahem ( pool waiter). Lastly John in reception for looking after me.

the hotel staff were perfect, nothing was too much trouble. we travel with a wheelchair and everybody helped when we needed it, in fact it was difficult sometimes to stop them from helping. There was plenty of variety in the restaurant and although all the staff were lovely, we had some very special treatment from chef Hani, who made some very nice dishes for my wife, he couldn't have been more helpful, a very nice man who it was a pleasure to meet. I completed my Padi training whilst on holiday and although I am in my late 60s the dive team made it easy for me to complete the course. The boat trip was also perfect because although we have a wheelchair all of the team helped my wife onto the beach, sometimes carrying her in the chair between boats, if it wasn't for the staff especially Mani, our guide we would not have been able to go on the trip. thank you for a great holiday
