The pools are the primary reason we stayed and we weren't let down. The family room was a great layout with 2 kids beds, nice and dark. The range of food and drinks I'd rate 8/10 for an all inclusive. It's North Africa ultimately so it isn't going to be the same as Mexico or other higher end destinations

The hotel was really very pleasant .. We had no need to go out of it during our stay.. Many activities during day and night.. All inclusive , so all snacks and food is available all day. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The aquapark is very nice and of different levels. even there was small one for kids who are scared of the main ones.

I had an amazing stay at Jaz Aquamarine! Everything was absolutely perfect — from the cleanliness and beautiful surroundings to the friendly and professional staff. The food was also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options every day that exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back again soon! A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ramadan — he really made our experience even more memorable!

The resort is big, but it is spacious so it never feels crowded. We had a positive experience with Mostafa the reception mangager, he helped us take care of a problem (which had nothing to do with the resort) that occured during our holiday. His proficiency in English was great and he was very helpful. Room was spacious and had a seperat toilet, cleanliness was good. The food was generally good enough but not great. It’s probably wat you can expect within an all inclusive formula. There are a lot of salesmen on the resort, we didnt find them as pushy as we experienced at other resorts. A no thank you usually sufficed.

Very nice, big and well kept resort. Perfect if you have kids as there are so many activities for them. Staff were nice, heated pools and food was decent. Particularly loved the noodles and spring rolls near the beach. I went just with my husband and we stayed in another resort after which we preferred but only because we have no kids yet (hence why rated 8). We loved the spa experience! They also accommodated my request of ground floor room by the pool because I’m pregnant.

Very big, a lot to do and of course beautiful. Food in the a la carte restaurants was great. So many activities and fun entertainment for every age. All facilities that you can think of are available in the resort. And most importantly the staff is AMAZING!! Never seen so nice, fun and attentive staff in any hotel before. We really enjoyed our vacation there
