Friendly staff, the resort was very clean, the food was tasty and varied. We had a relaxing holiday. I got a facial treatment during my stay and it was excellent, very professional salon.

Beautiful gardens and swimmingpools (some of them heated in winter). The lagoon is perfect to learn how to kitesurf. The food served at the main restaurant was diverse and flavorful. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We spent there last december week and weather was quite ok, great help in spending time were heated pools. Pools were clean, there was plenty of space for placing the sunbeds and the stuff was really helpful. Food was overall delicious, many options and nice venues, we also appreciated snack bars with some healthy small portions of food during the day, so we did not have to go for lunch to main restaurant. Rooms were clean, I really enjoyed everyday workout session and our child minidisco and kids clubs when there was windy.

the hotel facilities are great, the entrertainment team is doing all the best to make the stay great, all the staff members are super amazing, Mr. Ayman and Mr. Mina are just great. thanks for making our stay very comfortable. on the New Year Eve Gala Dinner, the food was beyond expectations

This hotel is amazing. Clean, with beautiful rooms and amazing surroundings . One of the pools is heated which makes your stay complete even during the winter time. The food is really good with plenty of options. One of the chefs from the main restaurant(I don't remember his name but he has blue eyes😁)is very helpful asking always if everything it's ok or if we needed something in particular. The staff is really nice in all the areas of the hotel from the cleaners, waiters, life guards. People working around the pool area, they are willing to help you, bringing immediately the sun beds that you need. They kindly even place the towels on the sun beds. I would like to highlight the entertainment team which is one of the best I've ever seen. Special thank you to Halos and Khalid from the entertainment team. This two guys are going above and beyond to make the guests happy. They helped us with any inquiry we had regarding the hotel during our stay. We will definitely come back.

Everything was as we expected and saw in videos. The food, always a huge variety of food, for everyone and all tastes I would say, with vegetarian variety also. The room was very spacious, and would be cleaned daily if you would like so. The staff very friendly also and always smiling.
