We liked Sentido very much. Its nice small hotel. Very quiet to relax. Special thanks go to Hotel manager Mohamed. He was always asking how it was going. Restaurant staff waleed and bar supervisor joussef. We will defenitly come back next year.

Cleanliness, accommodation, friendliness of staff, accessibility food and drink. This is our 3rd short break here since July that’s how good it is my friend isn’t able to walk too far but here she can manage unaided. The staff cannot do enough for you. They are constantly cleaning and gardening to keep the hotel up to Jaz standards. Well done thank you for taking care of us so well on our mini break. We will definitely be back :))

Hotel complex is rather smaller, ideal for a peaceful family vacation. Evening programs are limited, access to the sea is via a "sister's" hotel across the promenade. Staff is nice and polite (only some animators asked for online references although we didn't attend their programs). Food is good and swimming pools are nice (one was heated during the autumn season which was much appreciated). Evening walks at Mamsha promenade were amazing! I would recommend this hotel to the people who like staying at the swimming pool rather than spend the time directly at the seaside (which was our case in autumn) and for those who do not expect a rich evening program.

Amazing, kind staff, anticipating what you might like or need. Very clean and secure. Good food and drink variety. Great pool and beach - always enough sun loungers. Staff would come round most days to ask customers to say what they liked and disliked. There was clear evidence that my feedback was acted upon.

Really nice atmosphere around the whole hotel. Room large clean and comfy. Friendly staff. Option to use facilities at casa del jaz. Pool was nice

I had a wonderful stay at Iberotel Casa de la Mer. The views are stunning, and the staff's hospitality was exceptiona zaki saad thank you for making my visit memorable! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
