This hotel is lovely unfortunately, some of the stuff let it down. Staff was shouting out comments to me about being sexy and attractive in front of my partner and men on the side of the pool was sprouting and screaming and whistling at girls walking past it was very uncomfortable and I didn’t want to babe and my My costume. My partner felt uncomfortable and didn’t even want me to walk around on my own as he was feeling unsafe for my welfare.

The hotel had a variety of swimming pools which catered for different people . The staff were all friendly and helpful and kept the hotel clean at all times . We booked a massage for the family and Malieka was the absolute best ! The location was ideal and central to book taxis and we felt safe whenever we had to board a coach to go sightseeing as the security at the entrance would check the details of the driver first . The restaurant on the ground floor served a variety of delicious food and it was a great dining experience.

This hotel could not be faulted, we stayed for 2 nights and then decided to book another 2, unfortunately we had a emergency and needed to cancel the second booking, (family issue no fault of the hotel), the night manager and reception staff were amazing and cancelled the booking with no charge. Food was very good, something for everyone's tastes. Room was clean with a good view of the pool area. Staff were pleasant and professional and attended to all guests very quickly. Excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you
