From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was exceptional! The staff, food, amenities, and facilities were amazing. The location and the room we stayed in were also quite exceptional. Thank you so much for making this holiday unforgettable and also special thanks to Mr. Salah from GR, thank you so much for all your help 😊 and we're definitely coming here again! Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an amazing break for themselves and their families.

Mostly we liked personel. Housekeeping made a fabulous job every single day in our room. Huge bonus was the towel art that the housekeeper made for our child, it made him so happy ❤️ Also personel at the restaurants. They noticed children in a wonderful way every single day. And big thank you to Angie (guest relation manager) who made our vacation at Gravity easy as possible and made sure that we had all we needed.

The resort is very well maintained. It has great facilities. The food buffet is quite elaborate, with many things to choose from.

I recently stayed at Gravity Hotel with my wife and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. A special shoutout to Ahmed Nageh at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to all my needs. He offered great recommendations for local attractions and even helped with a small issue I had with my room, resolving it quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and Ahmed truly made my visit memorable. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-located. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The resort is really big and has all the amenities. The room was big and clean, a bit outdated maybe but everything was fine. Contrarily to what I read in other reviews, the food was overall good. The hotel is mainly for families: if you don't like kids, this is really not a place for you. Evening shows were very good and the main "plus" of this hotel is the coral reef. Unfortunately you can only access it 3 times per day at fixed times, but it's really close to the hotel and definitely amazing if you like snorkeling.
