After 7 nights in Egypt in different locations, some really bad, we have found Makadi Waterworld really idyllic. All inclusive option is a great solution, everything was on the spot and we didn't have to leave the hotel at all for three days. The kids loved the water attractions. It was a quality stay and we might consider to come back:)

The water park, wave rider, warm pools and dinner Buffet were amazing. The food was exceptional at the buffet. We also tried the Italian and Kebab restaurants for lunch and both were really good. The Mexican restaurant had a nice vibe for dinner and the Fino restaurant has great views for breakfast. The unlimited ice creams, pancakes and drinks at the poolside was a pleasant treat for the kids and the Kanafe station after dinner is a must for anyone with a sweet tooth. Staff at front desk were helpful especially Erene. A special thanks to Ahmed the porter who assisted us with our bags and always had a smile on his face. Hasan made sure that our room was clean and tidy - "No problem" - kids enjoyed the towel animals he left on the bed.

The hotel is a real huge water world full of little surprises for kids and adults. The staff at the reception ( Amir, Mohammed Ramadan, Mahmoud Abdalaziz ) and all around the hotel were just marvellous in all aspects.

We loved the property environment, pools and setup. Everything is so beautiful. The staff at the hotel was welcoming and helpful at all times. Security is 10/10 they keep track of everyone entering and leaving the hotel. Hotel is closed and no unwanted should get in. Lots of sunbeds to choose from and good variety of pool choices. The pool security was great, the lifeguards didn’t miss a thing. The beach is 10/10, great sand, the ocean is clear and amazing coral reef to snorkel. The rooms are big and lots of storage space. The food at Makadi mall is amazing and the staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. We recommend Chinese, Italian and steakhouse. Reception was very helpful and allowed us to checkout late which was great 😊 We recommend the Quad ride and horseback riding was amazing !! There is sooo much to do here and 14 days we’re not enough for this amazing place. The weather in December and January was just perfect, 20-25 degrees and sunny.

Everything from check in to check out was tops.real 5 star treatment from all staf specially mahmoed at receptionf.very tasty and wide variety of food available almost 24 hours.a wonderful holiday.cant wait to come back again with whole family IN SHA ALLAH.
