The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. We received a lovely fruitsalad smoothie as a welcome drink and it was delicious. The location was handy for exploring the Marina and for diving trips.

Marwan is quite a helpful person and very polite while talking to anybody and always goes beyond to help you. Hotel was pretty decent too with a good location.

It was a pretty decent hotel. The location is good. Staff was friendly. Huge shoutout to Adam who helped us alot in finding tours, food to eat around etc. He even came along with us to the restaurant and to the tour guide himself. Adam made our trip memorable and next time i come to hurgadha i will stay in this hotel only because of the hospitality received by Adam.
