Clean and really nice hotel with excellent and delicious food and staff service!! The garden is beautiful, the beach has super clean water, there is also a nice swimming pool and beach bar!! Highly recommended!!

The resort is old but well maintained. It's only 10 minutes from airport. The rooms were clean as was the pools. The beach is nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is full of Germans and all the staff speaks German to you first until they realize that you don't understand it. The resort was excellent value for the money and it was very child friendly.

The hotel is a bit dated but perfecty clean. The bed is amazing, and both the interior and exterior are well-maintained. The garden is beautifully taken care of—you can see gardeners trimming and watering the plants every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach is clean and well-kept, with service available. There's even a small house and feeding station for the resident cats, which is a cute touch. The food is decent, with a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. It’s average overall, but there are themed dinners. Freshly squeezed juice (85 LE) and freshly made eggs are available for breakfast. Promoters for excursions, massages, and photos visit the beach repeatedly, but they are not intrusive. A simple "no" is enough, and they move on. I never felt unsafe or bothered. Outside the hotel, there are plenty of shops where bargaining is common, while larger stores have fixed prices. The hotel is quieter, with fewer children, making it ideal for relaxation. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay.

Excellent place to stay, polite staff always there for help. Food was really nice with great location. They even upgraded my room which was a very nice welcome for me. I would recommend giftun to anybody travelling to hurgada. Totally worth it.

From the first minute we checked in, the staff at the reception were so welcoming, he upgraded our rooms when he knew it is our marriage anniversary. They kept sending cakes and drinks to our room. The place is spotless. Food varies from different countries. So delicious. Snacks available all the time. I also loves the cat station, well trained and cared for. It is an environmental friendly place. Also suitable for elders with ramps and facilities everywhere.
