The reception staff are great and so are most of the staff except for the harassment from the sellers around the pool. The food is good at breakfast only. The swimming pools are .amazing

The management staff very professional and have the know how of dealing with their guests. Special thanks to Mr Handy sedhom for his great efforts which made our stay and changed all the bad things of the 1st night 100%. He was a good listener and took an immediate decision which completely changed our impression to the positive manner Aqua park, pools, food taste, night shows, terrace

Very good hotel, cozy and comfortable. We live in Hurghada and often visit different hotels - this one is among the best in the "price-quality" category. Tasty food, clean rooms, great waterpark for children and adults - everything is super!

The resort is lovely, the staff were amazing. The food was very nice, including the restaurants on site. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. They accommodated every request that I had.

You get exactly what it says only. The Chinese restaurant was excellent, and we didn't mind paying the extra €20 for wine to wash it all down.

Great staff. Most friendly and helpful. Everything about the resort is acceptable . Room is pretty large ,clean,and well equipped and comfortable.thanks for HK staff absolutely outstanding. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.very pleased with my stay. Overall, resort is acceptable as report quality product/ service, however it requires improvements

Fantastic resort for kids, a lots of attraction, staff looking after kids, very nice clean rooms, good food and very nice staff everywhere. Especially on the reception. Big thank you for all staff looking after us. We had marvellous time and definitely will be back.
