I would like first to thank the staff at the front offices for their high-quality taste and hotel dealings, and for always meeting your requests as quickly as possible. Special thanks to the front office manager, Mr. Emad, for always helping me to make the stay enjoyable, and also to Mr. Anas. This is not my last visit to this place, and all credit goes to the staff who made me love this place. The hotel's private beach is very beautiful and diverse. Half of the beach is sandy and the other half is rocky. There is also an aqua park for children inside the hotel on the first floor Lunch and dinner buffet every day. There is a variety of food

First of all I would like to thank the reception staff for their good taste and excellent hotel treatment and for always meeting your requests as quickly as possible. Special thanks to the reception manager Mr. Ons for always helping me make the stay enjoyable, This is not my last visit to this place, and all the credit goes to the staff who made me love this place. The hotel's private beach is beautiful and very diverse, half of the beach is sandy and the other half is rocky, there is also an aqua park for children inside the hotel on the first floor The lunch and dinner buffet needs improvement the food is not good

Very professional and helpful Staff all round. Mohamed at reception was very helpful and friendly and made check in very easy and my room was upgraded to sea view. I'm sorry I can't remember his name but the man at the door who helps you with your bags was also very helpful and called me a taxi when I was leaving making sure the driver knew where I was going and handled the payment. This was my 3rd time staying at the hotel and will definitely be back again. Thank-you to all of you for your kindness and hospitality.
