Very clean and tidy everywhere. Staff just amazing! Everyone so willing to help, smiling and trying to make your holiday perfect. Food was tasty (not a lot variety, but for us was enough). Good location. By the beach and not far from town and the airport.

Well kept resort with an impressive amount of activities. Great pools, unfortunately very cold water. The sea was warmer and a better choice. Good food in many varieties. Much with an Egyptian flair. Very confortable clean room and super friendly staff everywhere.

- The food buffet was really good, with plenty of choice - Staff were always helpful and caring - The reception could solve any issues quickly - The laundry service was quick and with good results - The resort has three swimming pool and a private beach, with coral reef too - All inclusive grants you access to good quality food practically any time, even for a takeaway breakfast if you are on a tour - There is enough space for anyone to enjoy - All drinks in the room are replenished daily - There is a range of sports and activities to stay entertained - Rooms are quite spacious and all have a balcony

I’ve been coming to Desert Rose Hotel for the past 6 years, and every stay has been nothing short of amazing. The hotel consistently exceeds my expectations, making it my go-to destination for relaxation and enjoyment. What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. They are always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make every guest feel welcome and valued. Whether it’s at the reception, the restaurants, or the housekeeping team, their attention to detail and genuine care always stand out. The facilities are always well-maintained, the food is delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in creating a memorable experience for every guest. Another highlight is the fantastic activities and facilities for kids. The kids’ club is well-organized and full of fun, engaging activities that keep the little ones entertained. The staff looking after the children are patient, caring, and ensure a safe environment. The pool area and playground are also perfect for families, making it an ideal spot for a family vacation. Thanks for Mr.Milad in main restaurant for arranging a birthday for my my niece and for Niveen from kids animation team for birthday song. I can confidently say that Desert Rose Hotel has become my second home. I look forward to coming back every time and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Firstly, I would like to thank Mr. Helmy for his assistance to us, from checking in to checking out. -Special thanks to Mr. Helmy for everything❤ . Everything in this amazing place is so beautiful Variety of dishes in the main restaurant, every day a different buffet . All hotel employees from all departments always have a smile on their faces and are always ready to help you make your stay wonderful -Thank you, Captain Adham Nour from the Food and Beverage Department, for the wonderful drinks he provided us with love and good taste 😍 -Thank you also to employee Rabie Jamaa for taking care of us. There are a variety of swimming pools suitable for all ages, children and adults. The hotel beach is very beautiful. There are many bars in all areas of the hotel and service is available throughout the day. The snack bar has a variety of food every day, a different menu, and the kitchen department is very friendly The view from the room directly overlooking the sea is a wonderful view Ammar 《 suite 8104 》 An unforgettable stay. We will return to this most wonderful place again

Hotel is huge with 3 main pools and an aqua park Main resturant is one of the biggest Additional a' la carte restaurants for full dinning experience Staff was the best thing there (Mr. Malak restaurants manager, Mr. Arafat house keeping manager, all their team) Rooms were clean and tidy Bars bars bars everywhere with very professional staff (Mr. Mafdy, Mr. Ibrahim) Beach area was excellent and huge with variety of calm water lagoon or snorkling Entertainment was above expectations lots of beach and pool activities and night shows Food was very good and with very good quality Hotel is very kid friendly we didnt have an issue with our baby Baby strollers can move everywhere We tried paradise island trip the trip itself by the boat was awesome the crew was very professional snorkling was excellent but paradise beach itself was very bad Hotel is suitable for families and very kid friendly Tip: if you are looking for the ultimate experience stay away from national vacations and weekends ALL THE 5 STARS GOES TO THE STAFF

Really enjoyed our stay at Desert Rose Resort! The rooms are modern and well-maintained, and the whole resort is kept very clean. There's plenty to do, with the Red Sea Life Center right on the premises offering great diving trips. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful - special mention goes to our vacation planner Samar El Noby who was absolutely amazing. She helped us with all our restaurant reservations and even organized medicine and an in-room sick meal when I wasn't feeling well. Her exceptional service really made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
