We had a very nice stay here at Citadel. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful, the resort was very nice and clean. The swimming pools were clean, private beach area was nice and not too crowded with guests. Radwa our guest relations was very helpful and even arranged a surprise to our room for Mother's Day at our request! They did a good job catering for a nut and sesame allergy and the restaurant manager knew which foods to avoid so we had a stress-free time. The only negatives would be that there aren't a variety of cocktails (only mojitos and spirits to mix with soft drinks), and the TVs in the room don't have access to Netflix, Disney etc it you wanted to watch something in your room. Otherwise a very nice experience staying here at Citadel!

Everything is perfect. Mr. Moustafa front office department, Mohamed bars mgr, Ahmed Badrawy, Radwa guest relation, all the waiters in all the restaurants, all stuff on the beach 3 made our stay wonderful. As always. Thank you!

Great hotel with amazing atmosphere! Evrrything was perfect durinv our stay in Pickalbatros Citadel Resort, starting from very friendly personnel, great food (hotel has several restaurants with oriantal, asiatic, italian etc food, lots of bars), wonderful view from the window to the seaside and marina, cleanness and perfect pools. Very clean hotel, thank you for the cleaning our room so nicely every day. Everything in the hotel is done to make the vacation easy and perfect. This is not our last time for sure, we will return here again) Lots of love❤

Had an amazing experience. Very friendly and attentive staff. The food was great and there was a lot of variety. The resort is big and there is a lot to do. Would definitely recommend!

The catering services include three meals a day and are quite diverse. Especially, Asian restaurants are quite popular.
