Clean, neat. The staff is very friendly co-operative and nice. Special thanks to Mr. Hamada for his amazing hospitality and attitude. It’s because of him that we repeated our stay. It’s our second time to visit the hotel and definitely we are coming again!

Loved it loved it loved it - I am a hard man to please! Where do we even begin? This place is absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and the property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and facilities that cater to all ages. Food The all-inclusive package here is simply unmatched. You get a variety of cuisines every single day, so you’re not stuck eating the same things over and over like at other resorts. Freshly made meals from the chef are a highlight—delicious, well-presented, and in generous portions. Even picky eaters will find plenty of options to love. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all feel like a special occasion. Facilities & Activities The number of swimming pools is amazing—there are so many to choose from, and they’re all warm, clean, and inviting. There are dedicated pools for kids, which is great for families, and enough quieter options for adults who want to relax. The lifeguards are super attentive, and safety is clearly a priority, which gives you peace of mind. For those looking for activities, you’ll never run out of things to do. From water sports to fun pool games to relaxing on the beach, there’s something for everyone. The vibe here is perfect, whether you want adventure or relaxation. And the nighttime atmosphere? Simply magical. It feels like a little village with lights, live entertainment, and a buzzing street vibe. Accommodations The apartments are modern, spacious, and perfectly maintained. The hotel is sufficient in every way. The beach is magnificent. There is both a beach and a reef. The employees show sufficient interest. If you have a problem, find the reception manager Ahmet. He will definitely solve it. Ahmed Ashraf is very interested. I hope you come across the rooms he is interested in. Cleanliness. Location. Quiet aquapark. Perfect sea and reef.

Everything was excellent starting from the reception. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly and they support anything we asked for. The night show was very good. Food and drinks are available all time.

-The variety of restaurants that Albatros owns was a surprise to me (Arabian, Mexican and Italian) -The Resort is very big and you won't feel boring because they have many pools, Gardens, aqua park, Beach and facilities.
