Great resort for families. Rooms were comfortable enough. The pool water was quite cold when we were there in April and there is only one heated pool. Food was decent but lacked variety after a few days.

This is our second time to Egypt. We booked a honeymoon room with a great sea view. It is clean and tidy. The park has good lighting at night, but there are a few night activities. What an amazing vacation!

This hotel, while nice IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. It is a 4 star property and should be marketed as such. The beach is nice and a lot of tropical fish swim very close to it (this is easily the best thing about the hotel). The pools are nice BUT only one main pool is heated. This will not be a problem May to September, but is a big problem the rest of the year. On the whole the staff are very helpful and do not expect handouts (tips) unlike the rest of Egypt! A habit I guess they've picked up from American tourists.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Beach Albatros Aqua Park – Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding, and the resort offered everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The facilities were fantastic, with great pools, delicious food, and breathtaking views of the beach. A special mention to Yehia Mansour, who went above and beyond to assist us today—his professionalism and kindness truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort and would love to return in the future!

The personnel was very kind and attending. Especially F&B manager Mr. Hazem was very kind and he took care of every aspect of our accomodation. Especially the fruit basket he sent to our room was a nice touch. The sea view feom our room was beautiful also the food were delicious and very compatible with Turkish taste.

Everything was great. Beautiful hotel and beach.The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is good and there is plenty of choice. They gave us a bigger room than the one we booked. We would be happy to come to this hotel again.

Large, well-kept territory, many swimming pools. Comfortable beach, enough sun loungers. Quite high-quality food, friendly staff. Excellent trip to the coral reefs. Overall, a good impression remained.

Large hotel area, nice hotel nearby, several hot swimming pools (really cool for kids). I really appreciate morning fresh orange juice and good coffee, especially in the bar.
