the front of house /reception staff were fabulous. Special mention must go to, and in no particular order - Hani, Omar, Amin, Ahmed and Mar. Special thanks to the delightful security guard - Mahmoud Hussein.

*An early smooth check in was a great start to my holiday. *Room was super clean as well as the rest of the hotel. * Most of the staff were smiling and offer help. *Animation team were great and pushing guests to take part in their games. *Food was okay and the oriental night on Thursday was the best. ***Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim in the reception, and Adel for the follow up on my reservation, Hesham in the swimming pool bar, and the friendly people of the animation team as well as life guards.

The hotel had everything you need; heated pool, beach, lots of bars and restaurants. Adel Mustafa the assistant manager was great, really looked after my group with their room requirements.

The property itself is absolutely gorgeous with great amenities and in a wonderful location with access to amazing private lagoons and waters. Mr.Adel at the reception desert es special mention. He was super helpful and really went beyond to ensure any issues were more than just resolved. He constantly followed up and ensured we were comfortable and settled in. The food and drink options were great as well, with different themes every night serving a variety of dishes. Well kept beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the room, facililities, cleanliness, staff are very welcoming, supportive, more or less everybody speaks English. They are very helpful with all the requests we had. Rooms have no WIFI which was odd at the beginning but I found it great in the end as my son and I connected with each other more in our room. Food is great, every meal option was good, more for meateaters than for vegetarians. Meat is freshly made which my son loved, I found veggie options and fish every day, too. Beach , lagoon and pool areas are great and clean and you can have WIFI everywhere. We booked the safari and the boat trip via Aqua Centre via Salah , please check them out, safari is an amazing experience, worth every penny, staff there are pro, lovely, kind and helpful. The boat trip is a must if you wanna try snorkelling or want to see Orange Bay (you feel like you ended up in Paradise), the guides on our boat was so friendly, welcoming and caring. We played tennis and squash, free to use, rackets are lent as well for free, Egypt massage is a must , such a fab way of switching your body off totally. We stayed for New Year's EVe, party with food and programme was organized, it was good however for us it was way too busy with 1000 people in the room. You cannot please all ,r ight? Lobby area was one of my son's fav, lovely staff, comfy chairs, free drinks and WIFI . I would like to thank every single person who works here for the kindness how they treated us. Thank you , we will be back !
