Very cosy! I've been in modern hotels, which are nice but impersonal, they have no atmosphere, one is like the other. In contrast, Arabella has a phantasmagorical atmosphere. The abundance of solid wood furniture and built-in elements, the coloured glass, the many little mood lights throughout the building, the million arches... A real Arabian atmosphere!

The facilities were well maintained. The stuff and workers were friendly and helpful, special credit to the guest relationship officer (Should be Maria if I got her name right). She attended my special request for my friend's birthday, the arrangement was awesome! We had really a good time there, enjoyed so so much! Love from Malaysia! Hope to have chance to chill there again!

I was really surprised by this hotel I tried many others also I tried other Azur hotels and this one is the best! I didn't even expect it to be that good. The hotel itself is so beautiful! And they take care about it so much. The restaurant is amazing you can watch beautiful fish swimming while you eat your dinner. Food is simply amazing and everyday something diffrent! Room was very clean and such cute interior. Beach is nice you can find spot with high water or low water. From every site the view is perfect. Beach bar is fine Hossam is very nice bringing drinks with a smile and always trying to take care of every guest. Animation team is nice especially Yari from Kenya. I will deffinitely come back again.

Everything was really good. Beautiful place, especially local reef, very nice and friendly staff, tasty food with a big choice in the restaurant. Very helpful people on the reception, can help with any question. And really good onsite Blue Water Dive Resort.

amazing Acommodation. staff were great. Animation team were the best thing of this hotel makes you happy every day with activities like dancing lessons(aqua dance, Zumba and shows at the night). Fati, the belly dancer was gorgeous and Lukka of the animation team is the Michael Jackson of this place. if you want to work you can do it at the swimming pool or at beach. Food is really good as well. Cheff Mohamed who makes pizzas is super funny person. pillows are comfortable and I will see you again!

The place itself is huge and has a lot of things to do. It was fully booked but things ran smoothly without waiting too long to eat or so. Really enjoyed the staff by the main beach. Pleasant, nice, always smiling and willing to help and provide you a good time. Had a massage, the lady was very good, but the place was a bit noisy. The food was tasty, various options, but everyone in the family ended with a bad stomach.
