The Reception Personal was very nice and professionel. First my room was Not so Clean, but If i Tell them the next day to Clean the room everything was fine. They do everything to feel comfortable and feel Safe. The beach also ist very nice and quiet. Nice people at the Restaurant and the beach Work there also. Thanks for this time.

Great staff very friendly, private sandy beach lovely for swimming, breakfast was really nice and included in room rate. Beach restaurant was great value for money. Huge portions and just for 3 or 4 dollars.Beds were very comfortable.

I loved it there, so did my brother, we loved the staff. Everyone that worked at the hotel was amazing and wonderful, very kind, honest, trustworthy, very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The beach was lovely too and the man that moved our sun loungers. I love Hurghada and I always have the most magical times there! Thank you to all the staff that read this!

Very nice and helpful staff. I had breakfast included and they gave me to-go because I had to leave very early for my flight (let them know). Very convenient with a location close to the airport. they will help arrange a taxi or a shuttle to or from the airport.
