Resort Pickalbatros Palace - Aqua Park Hurghada (formerly Albatros Palace Resort (Families and Couples Only))

The hotel is new and well maintained. The architecture was very good. There is no deformation. The staff in the lobby are very friendly and helpful. They are solution-oriented when there is a problem. There are many different classifications of restaurants. You will surely find something to suit your taste. We especially preferred the Italian restaurant. The food and desserts were delicious. Maybe because it is geographically close to my country. There are many pools and there is also a children's pool. It is clean and well maintained. There are many fun slides in the Aqua Park and there is no queue. He's very good at that too. There are lifeguards everywhere. We had a small accident and the lifeguard intervened immediately. Even if there are few people in the pool, they always look at the pool. It was very good in that respect. Room cleanliness was generally good. But the cleanliness of PickAlbatros in Sharm El Sheikh was better. However, the person who cleaned the room was well-meaning and helpful. The cafe next to the lobby was very good. The staff there are very helpful and do their job well. Orders are prepared very fast and the service quality is very good. There's only one problem with the hotel. The other Pick Albatross was the same. I already wrote this in the review of that hotel. You are disturbed while sunbathing or relaxing in the hotel. There are always people trying to sell tours or massage/piiling. And when you say I don't want them, they don't leave. It's too much. This is very boring. The animators are a bit weak. They arent around much. If you have ever seen great performances or dances, you know what I mean. Very good price/performance. I may visit again. All hotels of Pick Albatros group are good.

It was best vacation ever. Absolutely if you think about to going to this place don’t think, run. It worths every penny you spend.they are very kind and thoughtful.they help you about everything they are not workers they are like your family.

We stayed with our 5-month-old baby, and we absolutely loved it! The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, but not intrusive. The hotel feels very safe—you can leave your belongings and go for a swim without worries. - Spacious rooms, comfortable with a stroller and a baby crib (better to ask in advance). - Excellent cleaning service, always spotless. - Delicious food: plenty of meat, fish, vegetables, and fresh juice every morning. Lots of love to all chefs 🩷🩷🩷 - SUUUUPER amazing house reef right on the property! We saw an octopus (Fred!) and tons of fish. - Multiple pools: heated, kids’ pool, pool with a bar, and a quiet pool. - Cool water park (but across the road), we didn’t find it right away. - Big daybeds on the beach—very convenient for families with babies. - The bar is great! The beer is actually good (verified by german husband). - Nice, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly guests.

The whole hotel is very nice. The rooms are well equipped. Everything is clean. The restaurants have plenty of food and drink. Good evening entertainment.

The staff at the Pickalbatros Palace were excellent, especially Asmaa who was very helpful with anything we needed. The main restaurant staff were also excellent, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had a wonderful 5 day stay and would recommend to everyone.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Palace was quite nice overall. The surroundings were lovely, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Traveling with kids was fairly easy, and we had a generally relaxing holiday. One of the absolute highlights was the snorkeling directly from the jetty—it was an amazing experience with clear water and plenty of marine life to see.

Very nice hotel, with a beautiful garden and a unique restaurant on the top floor from where you have a wonderful view of the outdoor pools and garden and the sea during breakfast. The food is suitable for European standards. I recommend to make rezervation in one of the Ala carte restaurants. And have lunch at the beach restaurant (take your food upstairs, really nice view of the beach and sea). The tide was high when we visited, but on the neighboring (uncrowded) beach the sea was very warm and suitable for swimming. The entire vacation at the hotel was very pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort, which offered an abundance of amenities including multiple bars, restaurants, activities, a private beach, and several pools. There was always something to do, so we never felt bored or compelled to venture out. Additionally, our room was upgraded upon request at no extra charge. Food was available around the clock, with early and late breakfast and dinner options served outside standard dining hours.
