The staff at Serena Hunza were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay specially Miss Soha and Miss Siddah were so friendly and professional. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Rooms were spacious and with excellent furniture and fittings. Bathroom was exceptional and exceeded all standards.

The most comfortable stay in our 2 weeks Pakistan trip. Services are impeccable, all staff we met are so friendly and welcoming. Room is quite spacious and with stunning mountain views. Location is great, you can walk up to Baltit fort within 20mins. Great value of money and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing views, beautifully nested between the valley and city area of Karimabad. The service and facilities are outclass. There is no comparison of Serena’s hospitality across the board in Pakistan.
