When the receptionist realised that I had difficulty with stairs, she found a bedroon with as few stairs as possible. There was an amazing choice of cooked breakfasts.

Arrived 9pm on a Sunday evening in November. Restaurant was busy. Service friendly and efficient. Place has a buzz. Room was big and comfortable.

Stayed here several times - everything about it is brilliant. Everything runs smoothly - staff are well organised. Lovely ambience in the bar area. Food and service excellent.

A period property set in lovely gardens and very accessible. Fabulous hotel, plenty of options for eating outside in the garden area or covered veranda or in the formal dining room. Diner was good quality. Not cheap ! but of excellent quality. Staff were very welcoming and courteous and professional . Bedroom was very well appointed with quality products and a comfotable sumptuous bed. Bath towels and hand towels were large, soft and of very good quality. Breakfast was very good. Fairly expensive, but of excellent quality. If you have the budget then this hotel will not dissapoint you. I highly recommend.

Cosy atmosphere with beautiful and comfortable room. The staff were amazing, the food is excellent (best poached eggs) whether at the restaurant or bar.

Easy to find staff very helpful. Cleanliness was superb and all amenities in room excellent. We had dinner Food wasn’t the star of the show but acceptable we had dinner but did not have breakfast as we had an early start.
