Proximity to loads of cafes, supermarket, pubs, the main green, seaside entertainment. Superb. Property was lovely and quiet despite proximity to all of that. Small garden area and balcony very appealing in warmer times. Booked for parents (late 70s, fairly mobile), whilst we stayed in nearby Chestney House (same owners). Note - properties do not join directly, though back on to each other viewable on a map; short walk around the church. Simple parking.
