It was a lovely unique property to stay in and had a everything we need for our stay as well as extra :) Vicky was a lovely host, easy to contact and very friendly. Was fun to stay in a property like the Low lodge and read about its history. Great to be able to bring our dog too!

The location was excellent being only a 2 min walk from the rural train station so we could leave the car and let the train do the strain. From there you can travel up to Scarborough and then it connects with Sheffield as the last stop or York so excellent connections. We took a train to Bridlington for £2.50 each way, basically the cost of the car park in Brid and then to Scarborough which was £5. The village has good facilities and a coop in walking distance. The folly is really nice and the host Vicky was really attentive if required.

Lovely place to stay with a nice comfy bed. Great location for the village and to get to Scarborough, Filey or Bridlington.
