The fine print
Please note that there is no travel (both flights or the ferry) to and from the Isles of Scilly on Sundays in April, May, June, September and October. In July and August the ferry does operate on Sundays. However, flights still do not operate on Sundays. Please take this into account when booking your trip to the Isles of Scilly.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Lovely staff, all very helpful. Great old building with plenty of history, room was clean, bed was comfy and well equiped tea tray. Food (Breakfast and Dinner) in Castle restuarant was excellent, location perfect for the boat trips - could have done without the hill to walk up, but not much they can do about that! :)

Very old and quirky property. Stayed in garden suite which was large and very comfortable. Food was excellent and staff very attentive.

Breakfast was Ok - a little limited other than "cooked" Dinner was good, but perhaps over elaborate Room - very small and not easy to move around due to sloping ceiling in eaves. Bathroom was tired

Unique historical hotel in the centre of the original Garrison battlements. Breakfast was good, dinners excellent with a choice of two restaurants. Bedroom was the guards room which was small but comfortable, stone with its own door accessed from the castle wide grassy battlements. Quite an experience.

Great location even if it was at the top of a steep hill. Views are fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and efficient and very helpful.
